Hey, there SF! Help us brainstorm!!

Some friends of mine are looking to produce an event for trans guys and the guys who're into them. Not for the super -PC easily offended, target market is more those who live as/among gay men and would like to have a club night for trans guys and their friends.

"We know a few FTMs in the Bay Area and they feel disconnected from the community because of the ultra-PC attitude that some have about it. This is the group we are trying to attract, so we need to be a little un-PC in our marketing and be a little offensive without being too offensive."

Their first thing we need is a name. Some folks have really liked "Taco Truck" as a play on masculinity with a vagina.

The last thing we want is someone going on a rant in the BAR about someone being insensitive blah blah blah.

Thoughts? Suggestions? Anyone want to help?

Wouldn't a rant in the BAR be like free advertising to the exact crowd you want? I say go for it... But then again, there is a reason that the subtitle of my Blog is "Gleefully tipping sacred cows since 2004.."

I don't think anyone is seeking to deliberately injure some fragile soul who will take any opportunity to oppress themselves with someone else's words.

I think they're just looking to be irreverent and festive and have a good evening being honest about their desire and see who else shows up.

G-d knows after 3 years in NC and not even seeing a trans guy or a gay guy who is cool with them it sounds like a slice of heaven.

Funny you say that, I've very recently been with two gay guys (separate occasions) from NC that were going on and on about their affection/lust/passion for transmen bodies. Maybe they are just on the super DL while in state?!?
