OK, data embargo over

Last night I shared with you a person who had been in my life a long time had a heart attack on Tuesday. My conversation with him had been so brief I didn't get a chance to ask his permission to share that with anyone. Got that permission today.

So, on Tuesday morning Patrick had a heart attack. He's pretty upset, and feeling ashamed that he's not well. He doesn't have any health insurance to do any follow up care at the moment.

Many of you know he is my ex and that I gave birth to Blake when we were together. I know many of you have opinions, but now isn't the time for them. I'm not sure at this point what any of us can do to help, because he's so overwhelmed he doesn't know what to even ask for.

I'm going to take Blake into town tomorrow to have dinner at Eve and Mindy's, so we'll stop by and pay him a visit.
