My seasonal wish

It's that time of LJ year where posts drift to the wish lists. Given where things are economically as stressful as ever for most of us not able to be sure how long any employment will last in my reflections last night I came upon one wish I'd like to share with you.

It is my wish that no one overspend. In fact, I'd really love it if we could, instead, give of ourselves, give each other some quality time, invest in a little thoughtful but selfless gesture.

Instead of spending money you don't really have, spend some time on yourself... Or spend some extra time on your family.
