Since I have some time off from shool, I picked up a book at my local branch of the Califia Private Library (the man has more books that I want to read than I will ever have time for) and on the stack of new incoming free books was this:

Time on Two Crosses: The Collected Writings of Bayard Rustin

It's really good. I'm loving it. If you don't know who Bayard Rustin is, or you're an activist, or if you know who he was and you haven't been able to read some of his writing before, grab it, it's really, really good.

You know, they really should come up with a Califia public library.

I'm so glad that I have some time off from university as well to catch up on reading (I mean apart from those computer books for my degree). The last book I read was Charles Bukowski's "Women" or shall I reread? I'm still reading "Disgrace" by J.M. Coetzee. There used to be this great second hand book shop nearby where I live and when it closed down I brought lots of books for 50p each. They are collecting dust nicely on my bookcase now.
