Sorry for the lack of communication lately. Life has been too busy for much else.

Had a crappy day today. Had to take my friend to the vet to put his cat to sleep, then rush off to work to give someone their test results, then go back and get said friend and bring him to my house so he doesn't have to be alone.

Blake is being rather tyrannical.

I'd really just love a nap.

I have an exam on Monday, though, and really need to study.

Ugh.

Ugh, indeed. I hope the rest of the weekend is less horrible.

ugh, but what a great friend you are! This week is the 2nd anniversary of my cat's death, and back then i had to just go home to the small apartment I lived in with my then (and current) ex....not fun.

Good thoughts on a better remaining weekend.

I think it's so sweet you'd do that for your friend.
I've always been by myself at the vet's for the fateful moment and it's one of the things I hate most about being a pet parent. It never gets any easier either.

Much love to you and the young Tyrannosaur.
We're batty about Seuss here, you know, and live right next to Springfield, birthplace of Ted Geisel. I'm scheming to find Blake some good booty.

Look after yourself! Hope all is well for you and your son. And good luck with your exam. I enrol next week so soon I'll be suffering from a lack of a social life as well.

Thanks so much for being there. I really would have hated to go through that alone.

As for things being crappy, well, look on the bright side, at least you don't have a crevasse between your t-rex and your alosaurus. That would be just awful.

And only about three people are going to understand what I just said.
